The public product provides information and checklists. We are not delivering consumer service requests during this launch. Applications prepare the future network; approval does not promise a start date or request volume.
Requests with useful context
Each request includes the area, observations, property type, water source where known, desired service, urgency and explicit consent for provider contact.
Coverage and capacity you control
Configure areas, service categories and daily or weekly caps with the operator. Shared requests may go to up to three providers; exclusive introductions go to one provider within the agreed routing rules. No minimum volume is guaranteed.
A secure partner workspace
Review your delivered requests, accept or decline, record progress and flag invalid requests. Your organization sees only its own deliveries and ledger.
